Márton is a senior counsel within the commercial team at CMS Budapest, focusing on data protection, intellectual property, commercial transactions and the TMT sector. He is also the Co-ordinator of the CEE Data Protection Practice (CMNO). As part of his regulatory practice, Márton continuously monitors the regulatory developments in data privacy. He regularly gives presentations (Internet Hungary, Jogi Fórum, Infotér) and publishes articles (The Privacy Advisor, Napi Gazdaság, Origo) on privacy issues. He is a regular contributor of DataGuidance, the global privacy compliance service, and a founding member of the Data Protection Board of the Direct and Interactive Marketing Association (FEDMA member)..Márton is recommended by Legal 500 in the TMC category.

Martin Johann Fröhlich

Martin is a new generation entrepreneur. After studying International Management in Berlin, Paris, London, Chengdu / China and a stay with Siemens in Denmark, he became self-employed. As a fresh and daring entrepreneur, he founded his fashion label Martin Joyeux and is full-time Head of New Horizons for Deutsche Bahn AG. His passion is to think differently and put new ideas into action. He lives this as a lecturer for company founding at various universities such as the LMU Munich, the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, the HDM Stuttgart etc. In addition, Martin is an active business angel in companies such as FitAnalytics, Massagio, MPWR etc. In his spare time, he is a songwriter and fashion designer.


Katalin Horváth

Katalin is a senior associate in the commercial team of CMS Budapest, where she specialises in data protection matters. Besides data protection she has extensive experience in copyright-, IT-, software- and internet law, with a particular focus on online and mobile services, payment solutions, web stores and fintech services. During her career she gained considerable experience in preparing agreements in relation to softwares, IT operation and copyrighted works, as well as film production agreements. She regularly gives presentations on data protection at several conferences.

Nicholas Meilstrup

Nicholas Meilstrup has a theoretical background with a BA in International Business and a Master in Accounting, Strategy and Control from Copenhagen Business School. CrediWire is the fifth company, and second software company Nicholas takes part in building from scratch. His experience ranges from starting McDonald’s restaurants, to building a fashion retail chain of 19 stores (in Denmark and Norway), to importing and distributing luxury spirits and building IT infrastructure for the fashion industry. Nicholas’ diverse business experience has helped him achieve a solid understanding of 1) building and running companies from scratch to 2) managing business in very different industries. Both are highly helpful for both building CrediWire the Company and developing CrediWire the System.

Carloaugusto Mironici

Carloaugusto is the CFO of Generali Vitality GmbH, the company established to manage the Joint Venture between Generali & Discovery, South African insurance player leader in the wellness market. Carloaugusto is one of the founders of the in-house start up managing the Vitality wellness programme across Generali´s continental European markets. This includes Germany which launched in July 2016, France in January 2017 as well as Austria in October 2017. He developed his career in the financial area inside Generali with experiences in accounting, controlling and business planning and is currently completing a MBA at the Mannheim and ESSEC business schools between Germany and France.

Philippe has a strong sales background and many years of experience as an innovation consultant. He started off in POS (point of sales) communication and established his own open innovation consulting agency after finishing university. He believes that opening up corporate borders during the innovation process leads to more outcome and success.

Casper is responsible for strategy and innovation in Aegon’s businesses across Continental Europe (Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Poland, Turkey). He has been working for Aegon since 2010, in various strategy and commercial management roles at Aegon Group and Aegon The Netherlands. Before joining Aegon, Casper was active for seven years as associate professor in strategy executive MBA programs at the Rotterdam School of Management and other business schools, and corporate strategy consultant for large multinationals. He holds an MsC in Economics from Rotterdam School of Management and a PhD in Business Studies from the VU University of Amsterdam.

Jean-Michel has been involved in the IT industry for more than 25 years and started his carreer as strategic account selling at IBM. Later became country manager for WebMethods integraton company targeting fortune 500 companies for the new internet 2.0. In 2004 he founded Accelior, an IT consulting practice for banks, insurance and telecommunication industry such as ING and Dexia Bank and National Suisse and started with 2 people to reach 40 in 2 years. Now Jean-Michel is founding and launching VEGA Messenger a secure communication platform primarly targeting governmental organization and banking sector.

Balázs Vinnai

Balázs has a law degree, and was co-founder and CEO of IND Group that became the leading developer and provider of digital banking solutions in Europe and the Middle East. After 16 successful years of growth and expansion, IND Group was acquired in 2014 by international financial software provider Misys, where Balázs became vice president responsible for digital channels. Before joining W.UP, he had served as chief digital officer and vice president of Misys successor Finastra. He is also the co-founder of Codecool, the leading coding school in the Central and Eastern European region.
